Which methods are available to me?
It depends on your region and verification status. If a method doesn't appear in the app, it may not yet be available in your country.
Do I need to verify my account to top up?
It depends on the method. Bank transfers and card top-ups require a verified account. Stablecoin deposits via onchain transfer are available without verification.
Can I fund multiple currencies?
Yes. Your USD account, EUR account, and GBP account are held separately, each with their own dedicated account details and funding methods.
Are there any fees?
Wirex does not charge fees for bank transfers or stablecoin deposits. When you top up your account using an external payment card, a Wirex fee may apply based on your card type and transaction amount. The applicable fee is displayed in the app before you confirm the transaction. Your card issuer's own fees may also apply.
Can I use someone else's card?
No. Card top-ups must come from a card where you are the named cardholder.
Where do I see my deposit once it arrives?
In your Activity feed — your balance updates at the same time.
What does the amber status mean?
Amber indicates the transaction is currently being processed. Once the funds arrive, the status will update to final automatically.
How do I check the detailed status of my deposit?
Tap the transaction in your Activity, then tap More to expand the full status timeline — you'll see every stage of the payment process in real time.
What should I do if my payment was rejected?
Check the status timeline — it will show exactly at which stage and by which party the payment was declined. If the reason is unclear, contact Wirex One support with your transaction reference.
How long does it take for a deposit to process?
It depends on the top-up method. Once the funds arrive, the amount and status update automatically. For detailed timeframes, refer to the relevant article for your chosen deposit method.
