Modified on Tue, 23 Jun at 3:09 PM

Deposit stablecoins and it lands directly in your Wirex One spendable account.

  • USD-based stablecoins → credited to USD account at 1:1
  • EUR-based stablecoins → credited to EUR account at 1:1

No conversion fee. No spread. No verification required.
100 USDC becomes exactly $100.00. Nothing lost in conversion.

How to top up

  1. Tap Add → Stablecoin Deposit.
  2. Select your token — compatible networks appear automatically.
  3. Select your network if you'd like to change it.
  4. Your wallet address is displayed, along with a Memo or Destination Tag if required.
  5. Tap Share to copy or send your deposit details — including the QR code.
  6. Send from your external wallet or exchange.
  7. Once confirmed on-chain, the equivalent amount is credited to your account and appears in Activity.
Important: Always verify the token and network before sending. Wirex One cannot recover funds sent to the wrong address or network.

Transfer times

Transfer time depends on the network and current blockchain activity.

Most deposits are credited shortly after the required number of on-chain confirmations.

As soon as a deposit is triggered, it appears in your Activity with an amount and an amber status — so you always know something is on its way. Tap the transaction, then tap More to expand the full status timeline and see exactly where your funds are in the process.

Once the deposit is complete, the amount updates automatically and the status moves to final. If a payment is rejected at any stage, the timeline shows precisely where and why it was declined — so there's never any guesswork.

FAQ

Is there a conversion fee?
No. The rate is always 1:1 with zero fee or spread. What you send is exactly what you receive.
Which networks are supported?
Supported networks are shown in the app when you select a token.
What is a Memo or Destination Tag?
Some networks require one in addition to the wallet address to route your deposit correctly. Always include it if shown — omitting it can result in a delayed or lost deposit.
What if I use the wrong network or token?
Funds sent via an unsupported network or as an unsupported token cannot be recovered. Double-check before every transfer.
What limits apply?
Wirex One does not impose any transfer limits. Any limits that apply are set by the payment network and will be shown in the app before you confirm.
My deposit is confirmed on-chain but hasn't arrived — what do I do?
Most deposits appear within minutes. Track your deposit status in real time directly in your Activity — tap the transaction and select More to see the full status timeline. If you have a question, contact Wirex One support with your transaction hash (TXID), token, network, and deposit address.
What does the amber status mean?
Amber indicates the transaction is currently being processed. Once the funds arrive, the status will update to final automatically.
How do I check the detailed status of my deposit?
Tap the transaction in your Activity, then tap More to expand the full status timeline — you'll see every stage of the payment process in real time.
Can I send from any wallet or exchange?
Yes — any wallet or exchange that supports the selected token and network. Include the Memo or Destination Tag if required.
