Subscription Rebates

Your guide to saving up to 50% on the services you already use.
What are subscription rebates?
Wirex One members at Premium tier and above get 50% back on selected premium digital subscriptions. Pay for an eligible service with your Wirex One card, and at the end of each month Wirex refunds half the charge directly to your account.
The rebate is permanent — it applies every month for as long as you hold your tier. There is no expiry window or promotional period.
How it works
Pay with your card
Use your Wirex One card (virtual or physical) to pay for an eligible subscription.
Auto-detected
Wirex identifies the charge via merchant matching — no action needed.
Rebate credited
At month-end, 50% is credited to your account in USD (GBP for UK).
Every month
Automatic and permanent — repeats as long as you hold your tier.
Wirex One card payment required. Other payment methods are not eligible.Eligible services
Each service has a cap based on the standard individual plan price. If you are on a higher-priced plan (e.g., a family plan or premium tier of the service), the rebate is calculated on the standard plan price only — not the amount you actually pay.

Rebate examples
- Premium member with Uber One — You pay $10/month for Uber One using your Wirex One card. At month-end, Wirex credits $5 to your account. Net cost: $5/month.
- Elite member with Uber One + ChatGPT Plus — You pay $10 for Uber One and $20 for ChatGPT Plus, both on your Wirex One card. Month-end rebate: $5 + $10 = $15. This is the Elite maximum.
- Private member stacking four services — Uber One ($5) + ChatGPT Plus ($10) + Claude Pro ($10) + Perplexity Pro ($10) = $35/month in rebates. Your tier maximum is $40, so all four are paid in full.
- Bespoke member using everything — Uber One ($5) + ChatGPT Plus ($10) + Claude Pro ($10) + Perplexity Pro ($10) + Whoop ($15) + Bloomberg Digital ($17.50) + Financial Times ($20) = $87.50/month. That is $1,050/year back on services you already use.
Which tier am I on?
Global model (all markets except UK)
Tiers are determined by your WPAY holding as a percentage of your total Wirex One portfolio, or by total balance for Elite+ users who prefer not to hold WPAY.
| Tier | WPAY path | Balance path (Elite+ only) |
|---|---|---|
| Premium | $500+ balance, 1%+ WPAY | — |
| Elite | $2,500+ balance, 3%+ WPAY | $50,000+ total balance |
| Private | $25,000+ balance, 5%+ WPAY | $100,000+ total balance |
| Bespoke | $50,000+ balance, 10%+ WPAY | $500,000+ total balance |
UK model
Tiers are determined by your fiat and e-money token (EMT) balance only. Crypto, WPAY, and tokenized stocks do not count toward qualification.
| Tier | Fiat/EMT balance (GBP) |
|---|---|
| Premium | ≥ £1,000 |
| Elite | ≥ £20,000 |
| Private | ≥ £40,000 |
| Bespoke | ≥ £200,000 |
How rebates fit into your rewards
Subscription rebates are one of three ways you earn rewards on Wirex One. All rewards — cashback, subscription rebates, and promotional bonuses — feed into a single rewards balance in your account.

Claim monthly
On the global model, your monthly redemption power is linked to your WPAY holdings. The more WPAY you hold, the higher your monthly redemption power. Subscription rebates are subject to the same redemption mechanics as cashback — they flow into your rewards balance and are available to claim up to your monthly limit.
Rules and limits
- Wirex One card required. You must pay for the subscription using your Wirex One card. Payments via other cards, bank transfers, or direct debits from other accounts are not eligible.
- Per-service cap. The rebate is capped at 50% of the standard individual plan price. If your plan costs more, the rebate is still calculated on the standard monthly price.
- One rebate per service per billing cycle. Multiple charges for the same service in one month do not generate multiple rebates.
- Tier determines which services, not how much. The discount rate is always 50%. Higher tiers unlock additional services — they do not increase the discount on services already available at lower tiers.
- Tier changes. If your tier drops mid-month, your rebate is calculated based on the tier you hold at month-end. A one-billing-cycle grace period applies on tier downgrades.
- Cancelled subscriptions. If you cancel a subscription, the rebate stops. Re-subscribing and paying with your Wirex One card restarts the rebate from the next billing cycle.
- No retroactive rebates. Only charges made after your tier qualifies for a given service are eligible. Prior payments are not covered.
