Your Rewards Balance

Your rewards balance accumulates from cashback on eligible card transactions and, where applicable, monthly Smart Perks subscription rebates. Your Total Rewards Balance is displayed in your Rewards Center.

How cashback is calculated

The cashback rate applied to a transaction is determined by the tier you hold at the time of the transaction. If your tier changes after a transaction has settled, cashback already credited is not adjusted.

Cashback is credited to your Reward Points balance once a transaction has fully settled. Settlement may take a short period after a transaction completes.

Additional reward sources

Rewards may also be credited through referral bonuses and promotional offers. These accrue under the same conditions and are subject to the same monthly redemption cap as cashback.

Monthly redemption power

Your tier determines how much of your accumulated Reward Points you may redeem in a given calendar month.

Any amount above the monthly cap is not lost — it remains in your balance and becomes redeemable in subsequent months or upon a tier upgrade.
