Your Profile is the control centre for your personal information, app settings, and security. Access it anytime from the bottom navigation bar.

What's in your Profile

  • Personal Info — view your name, phone number, and account details.
  • Settings — manage your reference currency, balance visibility, haptic feedback, and more.
  • Security — manage your Passkeys and two-factor authentication (2FA).
  • Rewards — access your referral programme and rewards.
  • Terms and Policies — review Wirex One's terms of service and privacy policy.
  • Help Centre — get support directly from the app.
  • Log Out — securely sign out of your account.

Verification status

Verification is optional — but unlocks the full Wirex One experience. Complete your profile verification to access bank transfers, card top-ups, and other premium features.

Your verification status is shown in the Profile section. Here's what each state means:

  • Profile Verification (with chevron) — verification not yet started. Tap to begin.
  • Profile Verification (no chevron) — verification submitted and under review. No action required.
  • Profile Verified — verification approved. All features are fully unlocked.
  • Profile Verification (no chevron, rejected state) — verification was not approved. Contact Wirex One support.

FAQ

How do I access my Profile?
Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar from anywhere in the app.
Can I edit my personal information?
Currently, Personal Info is view-only. You can see your registered details but cannot edit them directly in the app. Changes to phone number will be available in a future update.
What does my verification status mean?
Your verification status reflects the current state of your identity check. Once approved, all features — including bank transfers and card top-ups — become fully available.
Why is my verification showing as under review?
Your documents have been submitted and are being reviewed. This typically takes a short time — you'll be notified once the review is complete.
Can I use Wirex One without verifying?
Yes — onchain transfers are available without verification. Bank transfers, card top-ups, and card transfers require a verified account.
