Why is my transaction still pending?
Modified on Tue, 23 Jun at 2:24 PM
A Pending status means your transaction has been initiated but hasn't fully processed yet. This is normal — here's what to check and when to act.
Track your transaction status
For complete visibility, tap the transaction in your Activity and select More to view the full status timeline — it updates automatically at every stage.
Common reasons for a pending status
Awaiting network confirmations
Onchain transactions require a minimum number of confirmations before being credited. This varies by network and current blockchain activity. Most transactions complete within minutes.
Network congestion
During periods of high blockchain activity, transactions can take longer to confirm. This is outside Wirex One's control — the transaction will complete once the network processes it.
Exchange processing
Buy, Sell, and Move transactions may briefly show as Pending while the exchange is being executed. This typically resolves within seconds to a few minutes.
