FAQ
Why isn't my country listed?
Wirex One rolls out market by market so we can meet local regulatory and banking requirements properly before launch. If your country isn't listed yet, it may be added in a future update.
Does my country's availability affect my crypto self-custody?
No. Self-custody works the same everywhere Wirex One is available — your keys and your funds are always under your control. Country availability only affects which card and payment rail features are enabled.
Will Wirex One support more countries in the future?
Yes. We're actively expanding to new regions. There's no need to do anything on your end — once your country is supported, the relevant features will simply appear in your app.
