As a Visa Signature cardholder, you have access to a range of exclusive benefits. These are included with your Metal Card at no extra cost.

Delivery is by DHL Express and takes approximately 2–3 business days. Delivery is free for Bespoke members. See Card limits and fees for delivery fees at other tiers.

Is the Metal Card available as a virtual card as well?

Yes. The Metal Card is available in virtual and physical form, and supports contactless payments.

How is the Metal Card different from the physical card?

I am on the Private or Bespoke tier but I don't see the Metal Card option. What should I do?

Make sure your identity verification is complete. If the issue persists, contact our support team.

What do I do if my Metal Card is lost or stolen?

Freeze it immediately in the app, and then contact our support team to report.

Will I lose my Metal Card if my tier drops?

Your existing Metal Card will continue to work. However, your cashback rate will adjust to reflect your new tier. See Wirex One Membership and Rewards for details on how tier changes affect your benefits.
