Accepted at millions of locations worldwide, the Wirex One card brings together the best of traditional and digital finance in a single card. Spend your balance anywhere Visa is accepted — in-store, online, or at ATMs — and manage everything from the app.
Wirex One offers three card types to suit how you spend:

| Virtual | Ready instantly in the app to all the users, for online purchases and digital wallets |
| Physical | A plastic card delivered to your door, for in-store and everyday use. Available to users who hold Premium tier and above |
| Metal | A premium Visa Signature card with top-market benefits and accelerated rewards exclusively for Private tier users and above |
All three cards are linked to your Wirex One account and can be managed in the app at any time.
What you can do with your card
Your Wirex One card works like any Visa debit card. Make purchases online and in-store wherever Visa is accepted, withdraw cash at ATMs worldwide, and add your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay for contactless payments. Freeze and unfreeze your card instantly in the app, and view your card details, transaction history, and limits at any time.
Virtual card
Your virtual card is available to all Wirex One users and ready to use as soon as you set it up. Simply tap Create virtual card in the app and follow the steps. In some cases, identity verification may be required before your card is issued. See Identity verification for more details.
How to get a physical card
The physical card is available to members on the Premium tier and above. If you are eligible, you will see the option to order it in the app. Not there yet? See Wirex One Membership to find out how to unlock it.
How to order
Go to Card in the app
Swipe to Physical Card and tap Order
Enter your delivery address and confirm it is correct
Choose your delivery option — Standard (local post, non-trackable) or Express (DHL Express, trackable)
Confirm your order
Please note your card needs to be activated before it can be used for purchases. Once your card arrives, go to Card in the app and Activate.Delivery options
