How to Upgrade Your Earn Account

Want to lock in a higher interest rate? You can upgrade a Flexible Earn Account to Fixed in just a few steps.

How to upgrade

1. Go to the Earn tab in the Wirex One app.
2. Find and tap the Flexible Earn Account you'd like to upgrade.
3. Tap the Upgrade to Fixed banner.
4. Choose the fixed term that best suits your savings goal — options vary by currency and can range up to 24 months. The longer the term, the higher the interest rate.
5. Review the term and interest rate details, then tap Confirm.
6. Your Earn Account will be upgraded to Fixed within moments.

Your funds will be locked for the full term — when it ends, your account will automatically convert back to Flexible, giving you full access to your balance again (unless Automatic Renewal is enabled).

Once upgraded to Fixed, the term cannot be changed. Make sure you're comfortable with the lock-in period before confirming.
